Returns and Exchanges

We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your item, and it didn’t work out.

All returned/exchanged orders are issued an online store credit applicable to anything in the Elev8 Clothing online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.

All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

You can return/exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail (unless stated in the product description when purchased). Specific items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations are currently not allowed.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply EMAIL elev8clothingreturns@gmail.com to start your return/exchange process. If authorized, domestic orders will be provided a prepaid shipping label.

After your exchange shipping is confirmed in transit, we will send out your new item(s). 

Unfortunately, if your request is not accepted, that means your order conflicts with one or more of our policy's requirements below:

Please note: Refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed. All exchanges must be authorized within 14 business days (of the order's delivery date or in-store purchase date) by us before exchanging merchandise. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions. 

Please Note: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Elev8 Clothing. Original shipping fees are not refundable, however a shipping label will be provided for domestic orders to return the merchandise. 

Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please allow 48 hours for a return label to be issued:

*Email First Name, Last Name and Order Number and follow the instructions on the Return Center page. Exchanges will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customer will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of the item(s) returned only. Shipping cost will not be refunded with the exception of incorrect item sent. A shipping label will be generated upon request of the return or exchange. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases at the Flight Academy Kickz LAL location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?

Allow 5-7 business days from the time you mail your return/exchange for processing. Once processed we will email you with its progress. If you requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on the returning order if within the USA.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive your exchange confirmation for a discount code to be sent to the email listed on the returns/exchanges form. 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
